Duke ParkSouth, Units 1 & 2
Project Description
Duke ParkSouth, Units 1 and 2, is a multi-phase industrial park project located in Orange County, FL. The project encompassed nine industrial warehouse buildings with dock facilities on 59.5 acres. F.E.G., Inc. provided planning, engineering design, and permitting services on six buildings ranging in size from 88,000 S.F. to 200,000 S.F.
- Preparation of Civil Engineering Construction Documents for Site Improvements
- Preparation of Landscape & Irrigation Plans
- Coordination with Owner Representatives, Governmental Agencies, Architects, Surveyors, Other Consultants, & Contractors
- Permitting of the Site Improvements Through Orange County, South Florida Water Management District, & Florida Department of Environmental Protection
- Construction Administration, including Site Inspections, As-Built Preparation, & As-Built Certifications
- Subdivision of the Entire Site (a 24-Acre Parcel & a 35.5-Acre Parcel) into a Total of Nine Lots, including Preliminary Subdivision Plan Preparation & Coordination of Final Plat with Orange County
South Orange Business Park I & II
Project Description
South Orange Business Park is a 20-acre multi-phase industrial office park in Airport Industrial Park located in Orlando, FL. The project entailed the development of four flex office warehouse buildings totaling 300,000 S.F.
- Preparation of a Master Site Plan
- Preparation of Civil Engineering Construction Documents for Phase I Site Improvements
- Preparation of Landscape & Irrigation Plans for Phase I Site Improvements

Millwork Warehouse, Princeton-John Young Commerce Park
Project Description
Millwork Sales Warehouse is a 163,000-square foot warehouse distribution facility on a 7.4-acre site in Orlando, FL. The project included significant off-site utilities and off-site roadway improvements to Park Oaks Avenue. The site design and permitting included resolution of significant wetland and floodplain issues involving local, state, and federal authorities and a comprehensive approach to addressing these issues.

Crossroads – Lots 1, 4, 6, and 7
Project Description
Crossroads is a multi-phase industrial business park located in Orange County, FL. The project encompassed eight industrial warehouse buildings with dock facilities on a 23.91-acre industrial tract. FEG provided planning, engineering design, and permitting services on four buildings ranging in size from 185,000 S.F. to 234,000 S.F. on parcels ranging from 9.4 acres to 14.7 acres.
